We do not accept returns of our products purchased via this B2B portal.
We are of course more than happy to make good on any part of an order that was damaged in transit to you or is physically defective in any other way eg. printing quality issues etc. Please email <firstname.lastname@example.org> with details of your order, when it arrived and attach photographs depicting the issue/s concerned. We will then, in discussion with you, either send replacements for the faulty product or refund the amount paid for the faulty items.
